regulations of FUN, and the convention committee, per the previous pages of this contract.

List names of ALL people, INCLUDING YOURSELF, who will be working behind your bourse table.  All must be FUN members with dues paid, INCLUDING 2010.  Dues are $15.00 per year for regular members and $5.00 per year for associate or junior members.  Associates must be related to a regular or life member and reside at the same address.  Junior members are under the age of 22.

NOTICE:  No more than four (4) people will be allowed to work behind each regular bourse table.  No more than five (5) people will be allowed to work behind a corner bourse table.  If you wish to have more than the allowable personnel, each extra personnel must have SPECIAL WRITTEN approval from the Convention Coordinator and pay a fee of $75.00 per each additional person.  Any changes/additions to above after December 1, 2009, will be subject to a $50.00 per person processing fee.  Beginning January 1, 2010, the processing fee is $75.00 per person.

SPECIAL LISTING FOR FOREIGN, ANCIENT AND CURRENCY:  On some listings, FUN will place a “star” (*) by any dealer who wishes to be identified as a dealer in foreign and/or ancient coins.  A “dollar sign” ($) will be placed by dealers in currency.

EXTRA CASES:

  Regular tables come with two (2) cases; corner tables with four (4) cases.

There will be a charge of $10.00 per case for each additional case.

Payment in full must accompany this application.  Deposits, partial payments and post-dated checks are not accepted as a valid application until payment in full has been received and deposited.  Make payment to Florida United Numismatists, Inc. (FUN).  Must be payable in U.S. dollars on U.S. bank only.

I HEREBY RELEASE FLORIDA UNITED NUMISMATISTS, INC., ALL PARTICIPATING OR SPONSOR CLUBS, AND THE OFFICERS, MEMBERS, COMMITTEES, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES OF EACH, IN THEIR OFFICIAL AND/OR INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL CAPACITIES FROM ANY LIABILITIES FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION (THROUGH NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) OF NUMISMATIC OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL AND FOR PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ANY KIND.  This release shall not, however, limit the liability of any individual who may personally be guilty of theft, willful damage or destruction.
